Is a methodology that utilizes Mixed Reality (Virtual and Augmented) to train employees in a safe and motivating way.
It is based on the experiential learning model (Model 70:20:10) where 10% of what is learnt derives from formal learning, 20% from social learning (P2P) and 70% from active and experiential learning
